1. About ProEagle

ProEagle.in is a learning and affiliate platform that provides digital learning materials and opportunities to earn via affiliate sales.

When users pay the joining fee of ₹19, they receive:

• A digital eBook
• Selected instructional videos
• Access to view skill-based course content (e.g., Stock Market, Accounting, Canva)

You can earn up to 65% total commission on every sale:

• 55% on your direct sale (Level 1)
• 10% on a sale from someone in your team (Level 2)

2. Accepting these Terms

By registering or using ProEagle.in, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not register or use the platform.

3. Payment Terms

The ₹19 joining fee is non-refundable.

All course purchases are final. Refunds are provided only in case of double payment, failed transactions where the amount was deducted but not credited, or other verifiable technical errors — and then only at our discretion.

Affiliate Commission Payout Rules

1. Minimum withdrawal amount: ₹500 for urgent/priority payout requests.
2. Urgent payout: If you submit a withdrawal request for ₹500 or more and mark it as urgent, we will process that request and attempt to send payment within 24 hours of approval.
3. Regular payouts: All other payouts (including amounts less than ₹500, even ₹1) will be processed and sent automatically every Sunday.
4. Payouts are sent to the bank account or UPI ID you provide in your profile. Ensure your payout details are accurate — ProEagle is not responsible for payments sent to incorrect details provided by the user.
5. We reserve the right to hold or delay payouts while verifying transactions or investigating suspected fraud.
6. Any fees charged by payment processors, banks, or UPI services may be deducted from the payout amount.

4. Refunds and Chargebacks

Refunds are not generally permitted for the ₹19 joining fee or course purchases, except in verified cases of double payment or technical failures as noted above.

If a chargeback or reversal occurs, we may suspend or close the user account and deduct the disputed amount from the user’s wallet or future earnings.

5. Affiliate Program Rules

• You will receive a unique affiliate link to promote our products.
• You must not perform fake promotions, use spammy tactics, or engage in deceptive marketing.
• You are responsible for following all local laws and advertising regulations when promoting ProEagle.
• No multiple or fake accounts: Creating multiple accounts to earn extra commissions, using fake identities, or otherwise abusing referral mechanisms is strictly prohibited. If we detect multiple accounts or fraudulent activity, we may suspend or terminate all related accounts and forfeit commissions.
• Misleading claims (including guaranteeing income) about ProEagle’s products or earning potential are not allowed.
• If you violate these rules, your account may be suspended, commissions withheld, or the account permanently deleted.

6. Your Responsibilities

• Keep your login, password, and OTPs private. Do not share them with anyone.
• Do not attempt to access other users’ accounts or to hack the platform.
• Do not copy, resell, or distribute course materials, videos, or eBooks without explicit written permission from ProEagle.
• Provide accurate information during registration and update it if it changes.

7. Content Ownership & Use

All content on ProEagle.in — including eBooks, videos, courses, graphics, and text — is owned by ProEagle or our licensors.

Users are granted a limited, non-transferable right to access and view content for personal learning only. Resale, republication, redistribution, or sharing of paid content is prohibited.

If you breach this ownership clause, we may take legal action and claim damages.

8. Changes to the Platform and These Terms

We may update or change the website, features, content, pricing, or commission structure at any time. While we will try to give notice of major changes, we may change smaller items without notice.

Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

No guaranteed earnings: ProEagle does not guarantee any specific income or results. Earnings depend on your effort, skills, and promotional activities.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProEagle will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or loss of earnings.

10. Fraud, Abuse & Account Suspension

We actively monitor for fraud or abuse. If we suspect fraud (including fake accounts, manipulated transactions, unauthorized chargebacks, or other abuse), we may freeze or close accounts, withhold commissions, and cooperate with law enforcement if required.

11. Termination

You may close your account anytime by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violating these Terms, fraudulent behavior, or if required by law.

Upon termination, unpaid commissions may be forfeited if they are related to fraudulent activity.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Panipat.
